Lens-Artists Challenge #125 – You Pick It!

I’m writing this post from my phone, so my pick is one of my recent photos from daily life. We’re moving into winter here in Ohio, and bushes that were recently full of red and gold leaves now have ice on their berried branches.

I was playing around with framing and focus here and this was my favorite of the ones I took.

You can find more picks at the original Lens-Artist challenge.

    It’s a pretty image, but I don’t relish the cold 🙂 🙂

Hi Mei-Mei, to quote a song I know….”It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas”!
Fantastic image, but come on, first pizzas and now you show me berries? Are you trying to make me gain weight :D!

Thank you for sending some real winter, Mei-Mei! Red and white are such beautiful contrasts.

Such beautiful snow! I love the contrast of the red of the berries and white of the snow. I’m in Ohio too, and so far we’ve only had one snowfall. I really hope we can another one by Christmas! I don’t know why, but I have a thing for white Christmases.

I love a white Christmas, too! Of course, it was 50 deg here this weekend…Ohio weather is so weird.

Gorgeous photo with the contrast of red to white really making the photograph.
