Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #101 – One Single Flower

One of the things I photograph most frequently is the flowers around my yard.  I can’t say that I’m very good at it, especially since I only use my phone, but I like to practice.

These last two are from a trip to the Columbus Park of Roses.  It was a very sunny day, so not great for photos, but I still took so many because there were so many beautiful ones.

You can find more single flowers at the original Lens-Artist challenge, guest hosted this week by the wonderful Cee Neuner.

Sun can be the enemy of flower photography but you’ve managed some beautiful images not-withstanding Mei-Mei. And what a beautiful garden you must have!

I think it is beautiful, but I can’t claim much credit, being a fairly indifferent gardener 🤣 I’ve tried to not kill what was already planted!

Beautiful! I like the first one, standing tall, saying “Look at me!”
