The Kilbeggan Distillery was first built in 1757, though now functions mostly as a museum.  Irish whiskey has a strict legal definition; one requirement is that it must be aged in Ireland in wooden casks for at least three years.

    I wouldn’t mind some whisky right now…goodness pregnancy really deprives you of the fun stuff in life.

      But you’ll be able to drink when it really counts…when your kid is a toddler! 😉
