Jedi Kitties Juhani and Jolee

It’s been awhile since I posted cat pics!

We’ve now had Juhani for a year after adopting her from the shelter where I used to work.  She’s a total sweetheart, and she gets along with younger brother Jolee really well (for the most part…).

I took her to the vet yesterday, and the doctor asked where she got her name.  I said it was a character from a Star Wars video game, and she said, “Oh, like a Jedi?”  I laughed and said yes, and then she said that the staff actually makes notes in the chart when animals are named after Jedi.  Either it must be common, or the staff are all geeks. 🙂

It cracks me up that they make a note in the charts! Our vet didn’t seem to understand when we said our little Rue was named after Hunger Games…I was sad for them not being geeks 🙂

Isn’t it funny? I was like, “Wait, really?”
How can they not know Rue? 😉 Such a cute name for a cat, too.

LOL omg I would love to see that chart. Fabulous.

My dog’s chart says, “DOES NOT WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON HER PET” in big capital letters. I discovered it once when she had to leave the room and I snooped. Lol. It cracks me up.

HAHA too funny. Pretty sure no one actually wants to spend money on their pets at the vet…

Lol I think I had just made it clear that if it came to thousands of dollars vs. putting the dog to sleep, it would be the latter. There are a lot of rich people in this town who wouldn’t do that.
