My 3rd Blogiversary

On March 8, 2012 I posted a short little post titled “Hello World!” and officially started this blog, Jedi by Knight.  What a fun 3 years it’s been!

You’ve probably noticed that in honor of my blogiversary, I changed the theme from Bouquet to Plane; I’m not entirely sold yet, but I wanted better readability, and also just something a little different with the header.  Changing my header slightly every two years doesn’t seem crazy 🙂

New header
I had a huge fight with Plane over this, because the size it recommends for the header is NOT the size you need to fit a standard computer screen.  It crops off about 1cm of the top and bottom for maximized browser windows.

What do you guys think?  I’d love to get feedback on the new look.

Also this week I’ll be featuring some older posts from before pretty much any of you started reading Jedi by Knight.  So enjoy some little gems from my early days before I knew what I was doing (not that I do now…).

Last year at this time, I started doing the Weekly Photo Challenge with photos from my trip to Ecuador and the Galápagos, and I plan to continue that until I run out of good photos!  I’ve also recently started regular series on K-pop music videos and my re-playthrough of KOTOR II.

Is there anything you guys would like to see me cover more/less of here?

I love the new header! I really do. And I like the new look in general, too. My vote is to keep it.
