One of my Christmas presents to my husband B was a Loot Crate, which arrived yesterday. We’ve never done Loot Crate before, so we had fun with the “unboxing.”

There was plenty of fun stuff in the box but the crown jewel was Marvel’s Star Wars #1 with an special alternate cover exclusive to Loot Crate.
“You’re not going to keep this in the plastic, are you, B?” I said.
I was already considering getting this issue, so I’m pretty stoked to read it. The cover, which you can see better here, features Han and Chewie up to their usual business.

Yeah, and it’s only $20 for one crate; you can get a monthly subscription, too. I think it’d be a fun surprise for any geek 🙂
