So I’ve been blogging for a year now! For the most part I’ve been really pleased with my efforts. My goal was really just to get writing again, and I think this medium has been really helpful. I’m looking forward to keeping this up for years to come.
I’ve been a little busy recently, but I’ve got several posts lined up, so you can expect to see some book reviews coming in the next few days/weeks. Also, keep your eyes open for a new look for the blog coming soon. After a year, I think it’s time for a custom header!
I have a niece who is also one year old this weekend. I have been working on a cross stitch birth announcement for her this past year, and I am sooo close to being done. Just the backstitching left to do. I’ll post a pic when I’m done. We also gave her the Star Wars ABC and 123 board books. S is for stormtrooper, and all that. Never too early (for reading, and for Star Wars).
As I’m writing this, it is sunny and 60 degrees outside. The first crocuses popped outside by front stoop. My tulips that I planted in fall are putting up shoots. I can’t wait for spring!
